Auto Market Bulgaria is an online marketplace platform that connects vehicle buyers and sellers in Bulgaria. We provide a platform for users to list, browse, and purchase vehicles.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Description of Service
Auto Market Bulgaria provides an online platform that enables users to:
- List vehicles for sale with detailed descriptions, images, and specifications
- Browse and search for vehicles using various filters and criteria
- Contact vehicle sellers through the platform
- Manage their vehicle listings and user profiles
We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, sell, or guarantee any vehicles listed on our Service. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Conduct

- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to our Service ("Your Content"). Listing Requirements
When listing a vehicle, you agree to:

- Disclose any known defects, accidents, or issues with the vehicle
- Set a fair and reasonable price
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers
Listing Fees
We reserve the right to charge fees for listing vehicles or for using premium features. Any applicable fees are disclosed clearly before you complete payment. Payments made are non-refundable, except where these Terms provide otherwise or where a refund is required by consumer protection law.
Removal of Listings
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms, contains false information, or for any other reason we deem appropriate, without prior notice.
Transactions
Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not:
- Own, sell, or guarantee any vehicles
- Process payments between buyers and sellers
- Provide warranties or guarantees on vehicles
- Handle vehicle transfers or registrations
Transaction Disputes
Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties. We are not responsible for resolving disputes or providing refunds. We may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating communication but are under no obligation to do so.
Vehicle Inspection
We strongly recommend that buyers inspect vehicles in person and verify all information before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for any misrepresentations or issues with vehicles.
Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Prohibited Activities
In addition to the restrictions outlined in Section 5, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Listing vehicles that are not legally available for sale
- Using the Service to facilitate illegal activities
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications to other users
- Attempting to circumvent our fees or payment systems
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or fees
- Using the Service to compete with us or build a similar service
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information or content
- Warranties regarding vehicles listed on the Service
We do not verify the accuracy of vehicle listings, the identity of users, or the legality of vehicles. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information before completing transactions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO MARKET BULGARIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages arising from transactions between users
- Damages arising from vehicle defects or misrepresentations
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of the Service
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 100 euros, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Market Bulgaria and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any transactions you conduct through the Service
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Fail to pay any applicable fees
- For any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto Market Bulgaria regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
